Circa 1980s single-story gets a much needed full gut and reno.

 

In this remodel, we chose to completely move the location of the kitchen to make the entire layout more family-friendly.  We removed walls, raised the step-down living room, and replaced all doors and windows as well as all new flooring, and kitchen and bathroom updates to make this smaller home feel larger and utilize it more efficiently.
